Yes I know boastMachine is a fine and yet simple blog script. But it lacks of feature and the author seems has abandon it. There is no new version since bmachine 3.1. I was thinking moved my blog using wordpress. But without retyping them again.

Google Page Rank?? comment?? I never really care. As far my thought can freely expressed on the Internet. So does anyone has a simple way moving boastmachine blog into wordpress??

If you are a desktop programmer, often after making a good program, you a little bit confuse to make a help file for your program. Yet it is a simple and there are a lot tutorial out there but still making us headache. Help file (CHM) is not other then a html file combined and compressed together. Yes, I can make html file but how do I combine them??

The tutorial I get often showing me a way that I don't understand. Making me looking the other way. Is there a tool to create CHM file? Yes there are. And most of them commercial ones. If I found free / open source one, the function or how to use it rather difficult.

Until I found CHM Builder from Eric Lescasse this tool is very handy, simple to use and yet easy to understand. In one moment looking at it, I am already know how to use it. Yeah... I am not HTML coders I still need Frontpage / Dreamweaver to design my page then copy the code to CHM Builder. But it still a really nice program. It help me create a complete software delivery.

when my utorrent activity very low (almost no traffic at all), and I need badly to watch new anime episode. I am looking for several bittorrent client. then I choose "Turbo Torrent". hoping that it'll gave me new anime episode faster.

when installing Turbo Torrent, it said it'll install WhenU ads because the software is supported by them, and I can easily remove the ads if I dont like. Well after trying Turbo Torrent, it got no progress downloading, so I remove it. But the Ads itself is not removed. It's still pop-ing up everytime I browse the net using Firefox / IE.

Search Google with keyword NSIS Media, I found this blog that providing tool to remove it. Try it and it seems my PC now free from NSIS Media ads.

Below are rough steps to apply patch on Oracle Finance. For detail information on how to applying patch please look elsewhere (Metalink is preferred place)

• Backup your Oracle Finance (DB and Apps)
• Make sure no user logged in (force them by shutdown-ing Concurrent Manager)
• Login as apps
• Download the patch, unzip it and go to unzipped folder
• Read the README.txt (VERY IMPORTANT), apply pre-req patch if any. (you are lucky if the patch not require other patch before applying this patch)
  
• Make sure env. for your server $APPL_TOP, $ORACLE_HOME and $ORACLE_SID
  
• Run adpatch
• Start patching in these order
  
• cXXX.drv = copy driver patch
  
• dXXX.drv = database driver patch
• gXXX.drv = generated driver patch
• uXXX.drv = unified driver patch, bundled of 3 type above patches (you are lucky if you see this file)
  
• Some important you should have
• SYSTEM password: manager
• APPS password: apps
• After patch complete see log at /erpp/erppappl/admin/erpp/log/adpatch.log or logfile you specify during patching
